Graduated in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1980), MA in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Brasília (1996) and Ph.D. in Architecture and Urbanism by FAU-USP (2006), doctoral internship with the UPC / ETSAB, Barcelona, Spain (2003/2004). He is currently an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina and the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism – PósARQ. He has experience in Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis on Planning and Design of Urban Space, acting on the following subjects: urban design, urban growth, landscape design, analysis and regional planning and tourism.
